                    defects in material and workmanship as follows:

                                      -Controller ----One year after purchase
                                      -Battery ---- Six months after purchase
                                      -Engine ---- One year after purchase
                                     -Charger ---- One year after purchase
                                    -Lack of parts----3 days after your purchase

                -- Senyu Technologies, our retailers and dealers warranty have a 7 day return policy

                      or exchange policy  for the manufacturing  defects.
                           

                                  Parts and services are always available after
                             the warranty period with charge.
